The amount in question has now been successfully deposited back into my checking account. However, the cost of unsuccessful wire transfer of $40 has not been refunded. It appears to me that this is only a small "Mom and Pop" Credit Union bank that is not quite able to efficiently do international wire transfers like the big banks such as Bank of America. The customer service at the International Wire department left a lot to be desired. You went through the same routine everyday with a different service agent and yet nothing gets done. Then they would say they would call you, but they would never call you.
