They deduct money from bank account but never send e-ticket. When emailed them they sent response on refunding back the money. Why it happened --- no response or support. Now i am scared to book another ticket. I will have to wait 7 days to get my refund. During the waiting period price of tickets will increase so I will be at lost at no fault of mine
