Interest charge daily

I am very upset with Honda financial they accept to change my due date but I was never aware since day one that after my due date if I make my payment after my 10 window period I was also getting charge daily interest more .I ended up paying almost 1,700 more in interest .They never explain to the costumer how the interest works after your due date .this is very upset because they don't know how to value a loyal costumer. I tried to get a reimburse for this amount and they told they cant . No wonder how they make money by steeling to costumers and not helping them out to get a better deal .That's why they get sue and get bad reviews by costumers .
