Insurance wouldn’t cover.

1

I rented a 26' box truck to do some moving. On my way home I brushed up against a low hanging limb that put a fist sized dent in the corner of the truck's box. When I returned the truck, the guy working the counter says not to worry because you have the total loss insurance, which I paid extra for. Now I get a bill for $1176.71 and since it happened to the truck box and not the cab itself, I am liable. What a crock of *** I was told I had FULL coverage even If I totaled the truck. Enterprise sucks. I wouldn't use them ever again. I would rather buy my own trailer and sell it after the move at a loss than use them. Full insurance that I paid extra for was worthless. If I would have know this, I would have pushed it off a cliff and walked away.
