I phone absa indirect to enquire about the 20% increase on my monthly insurance premium, it was R1114, 52 and increase to R1337, 83. I phone absa and was holding the line for 20 minutes just to speak to the review department nobody answer and so my R60 airtime run out. Thus is really poor service delivery.
