I purchased a chase and a couch from Aki homes!3.5 years ago Also purchased a 5 year warranty for both! A few months ago The connecter between the chase and sofa started to sink and spring started to pop up! I sent photos of both furniture! I contacted Uniters and they got back to me 2 months later.They sent out a technician who evaluated the furniture. After a few more weeks, Uniters states the plan does not cover the damages when it clearly states in the protection plan it dies! What a scam! PLEASE do NOT purchase the insurance. Its a big SCAM to get your money!
