Good Day, Can you tell me the status of my insurance claim which was submitted 8 months ago? I insured the package through viabox and feel you should honour the claim. 1) what is the purpose of paying via-insurance? Your web site says its extra coverage and claims will be processed as quickly as possible - this has not been the case at all. 2)Since I do not seem to qualify for extra insurance even though I paid for via-insurance, could you please explain what the purpose of via-insurance is? 3) Why have you ignored my last two e-mails?
