Insurance charges

I recently purchased a pair of boots. And was charged £4.45 by Vinted for insurance which Vinted stated to claim back within 2 days of collection. I have since tried to do this and no one is helping me. Im very upset by this and will not be using Vinted again and will advise friends and family not to either.
