This insurance broker will do an excellent job of selling you but then they fail to follow through and couldn't care less about customer experience after they sell you. In 2016 I trusted their agent and gave her full price upfront. After she got the check, she didn't check up on anything and failed to send documents to the insurance company. How incompetent can one be at their job?!
