Insufficient company response

I've already tried Facebook - no response. There is no point in trying to speak to anybody at a lower level, as I've been told 9 times now that I HAVE to accept your company's choice of vendor, regardless of his admission to inflating his prices to pay his business overhead. My other choice is accepting a much lower payout amount. Why should I be responsible for your company's obviously poor choice of vendor? The SOLUTION should be that someone at a higher level approves a different vendor to do the work and this vendor gets removed from your vendor list.
