I ordered an outdoor bench. The bench arrived without directions or hardware. I called Walmart customer service, and they sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived without director hardware. When I contacted customer service again, I was told to repackage it and return it to the store. That was impossible because I'm not able to lift the bench. Also, I live a substantial distance away from Walmart, and I don't drive, so I would have to pay someone to return it to the store for me. Lastly, now I'm stuck with storing the bench(junk without hardware). Disappointing and frustrating. User's recommendation: Read the reviews and believe them.
