Instead of just a review this is actually a complaint now because of the sassy smart aleck that took my call

I had trouble activating my account so I had to call and there was a young woman that was just a sassy smart aleck, whom thought it was funny that I was having some issues. She kept saying she couldn't hear me she couldn't hear me all I could hear was her curtiness, and all the people that sounded like a gaggle of geese in the background. When asked how much longer would this process take because I had already been on the phone with her for like 15 minutes, she proceeded to say it would take quite a bit more, she ran through the rest of her little speech so quickly that you couldn't even understand her I personally felt harassed User's recommendation: Be very hopeful you can activate your card by yourself because when I asked to speak to her manager she said that if I would hang up he would call back, he did not. And furthermore when I went to put money on the card it did not go through, I am still waiting to find out why.
