To Whom It May Concern, My daughter bought me an Instant Pot in October for my birthday. It just quit working. I have only used the item 3 times and have been very careful about how I have cleaned it. I noticed there are several recalls and I am not sure if mine is one that is being recalled. Mine is a Gem 65 V2 120 V 60 Hz 1500W Serial number 171208A 005758 The date is 1811. I would appreciate hearing from you as I do enjoy this product. Thank you. Debra Thomas User's recommendation: To date I have NOT heard from anyone in this company. My daughter paid a good price for this product and I did expect it to last longer than 3 uses. It was cared for properly and stored away in a cupboard in between uses so I know nothing happened to it. I am very disappointed. I will not recommend this product nor would I purchase another one.
