We purchased new appliances from Whirlpool. JB Hunt did the "Installation". They dropped the refrigerator in the doorway. They didn't attach the oven broiler. They didn't put the feet down on the refrigerator. The stove hood was crooked, lacked three of six mounting screws. They scratched the wall with the dryer. We haven't found anything wrong with the washer, but it's only been six weeks.
