We had our first appointments scheduled on 31st May 2021. It was not installed because they said there were connection to connect the line. it was again scheduled on 01st June 2021. They arrived in the morning and checked where they can connect the line and found out that it was in another villa. There was a truck blocking the area. The guy who was supposed to install said he will come back in the afternoon but did not come back. He was asking about the truck that was parked where they were supposed to connect the line. I called the guy, and said to him that we do not know whose the owner of that truck. He said we should call the police. What can we do now? Should we call the Police just to move the truck? I asked him, what's the alternative, he said to call the Police. I told him I will just call customer service. How to solve this issue?
