I filed a claim with Fema Oct 14 th. No one ever came out to access my damages because of mis communication between a barely English speaking Fema rep and myself! I was scheduled for a Fema Inspector on December 18th at 1pm, a no show! I called Fema to complain and they had no information about the call or appointment. Today Dec 20th, an inspector named Julio from Vanguard EM came out to my home. He asked my name, gave me a piece of paper,"hello waited at the threshold and told him I was a Cancer patient and didn't want to go in to breathe the air when mold was already accumulating. He is not a people person and I did not care to be in his presence at all!!! ***
