I purchased 2 Sunshine Blade Heaters Plugged one in, power went off Called about returning them, explaining what happened was told if I kept them they would give me $200 off I decided to return them sent them back about 4weeks ago, then started getting phone calls about non payment I told them I had returned item, they said they had no record of return Unfortunately my mum was dying at the time and I misplaced my tracking number Contacted post office and they could not help me How can you lose two great big boxes Mum has now passed and I’m being told I still owe $711 I’m totally devastated about everything I’ve spent a lot of money at Tv Shop don’t know if I ever will again
