I was just starting to get a cold which is now going through the flu cycle. In order to file a claim I have to visit a doctor and have him fill out 4 pages of documents proving I am sick and subject to penalty of law. The doctors cost is more than the tickets and they will not reimburse that. What a waste to get travel insurance. I have since treated my self as I always do. I thought it would be common since not to get on a plane while sick. Next time I will get on the plane. Allianz Insurance was rude on the phone and unexceptionable. I hope Alaska Airlines will quit pushing this company. Guess I will return to the other airlines.
