Inquired about a replacement part for my sunglasses.

I explained my need to "chat" person and was directed to what I thought was a Bulbhead person....the "foreign" operator said we don't know Buldhead. That took 15 minutes. Then I called Bulbhead "customer service" . After 40 minutes the phone was answered ( all the while the recording continued to say "one minute wait".) and I said I needed a replacement " right side replacement paddle for my Bulbhead Z22-0518 glasses. The arm had snapped. I had purchased them a year ago on line after seeing them on TV. He said I needed the receipt....I don't save receipts on things I am satisfied with and even then I had to pay 3 or 4 dollars etc. Great product....but from a "phantom" company I guess.
