Inoperative phone. Need to determine if replacement insurance exists
1
Customer service rep insisted I had to give her certain numbers contained within the phone. Since the phone is completely inoperative, that is impossible. The phone was purchased for me by my daughter, although paid for by me. Apparently, because of this your rep was unable to give me any information about the account. My daughter is working in Europe at this time and is unavailable. I am now being charged for service on an inoperative phone and, thus far, cannot reach anyone who can help with the situation. The credit card to which monthly payments are charged has been closed. Even if I wanted to do so, I am unable to give anyone the number of the replacement card. This is totally frustrating and dangerous. I live alone and rely on my cell phone was safety purposes. It is doubtful that I will continue to deal with Goggle and the Fi network in the future. User's recommendation: Avoid this company!
