Inmate unable to make calls

Inmate had money placed on his account so he could call any cell phone. He was unable for two days they told me it was because he was hitting the wrong selection on the jail phone, then they said he was not using the right pin number. It takes three days for them to investigate and after the three days they said I was able to make calls. I said thanks but its not me that is having a problem it is an inmate. They said it would take another three days because they closed the case. I asked for a refund they said no it belongs to the inmate and he has to send a letter in writing and it takes three to four weeks for a refund. They have no clue what they are doing! They are clueless its like its everyone who works there, its their first day! including the supervisors! Absolutely HATE this company!!!
