I requested a refund from two phone number over a month ago. I've waited switched banks and now they refuse to issue a refund check since I am unable to use that card any longer. The bank said they have not received any funds and will not refund it to me and they refuse to give me my money. Every time i call I am placed in hold and then hung up on. I did not receive any calls
