I have a 15cm scar on my leg due to the security tag being left on the jeans. The girls service was fab. I have no actual complaints about items or staff. However, I could not wear a dress, I had planned to wear. HOWEVER I did a resolver, heard nothing. Went into the shop and the helpful lady asked a gentleman Manager from upstairs to come to speak to me. I was told nothing he cud do, and would arrange someone to call me from customer service. To be honest, he showed uninterested, no offer of a sorry, and I took offense at his dismissive attitude. I have worked in customer service over 20 years. And he is by far one of the worse. Unhelpful. And his body language said he was just to busy to be bothered by me.
