Good afternoon while I was staying at the sleep Inn on Sunday July 4th during a shower the shower head disconnected and fell on my foot bruised my foot water sprayed all in my face for about 30 seconds until I could try to haphazardly placed the item back I did inform management they said they were sending a maintenance crew up to fix the showerhead no one ever came we was there from Saturday until Monday I also mentioned it on the way check him out no 1 offered me an incident report and they just gave me the name of the 2 managers that were not on duty as of yet. I did just call the hotel and submit a formal complaint thru customer service..I be reached at 804399**** SHAWNA 804399****
