Hello, I registered for a membership at a lower rate of 200 per quarter, and then requested cancellation after two weeks, realizing it would never do for me. The rep I spoke with acknowledged this, and informed me that I would not be billed again for another quarter. They have continued to bill me and are now sending me emails saying that I owe them all of this money when I cancelled like 4 months ago and haven't even used the account. It's pitiful what they are doing. I have sent them at least a dozen correspondences to no avail... Emily Seal
