I've called both customer support numbers and selected option 2 for "already purchased tickets, have questions" and nobody answers the phone. I've selected that I want to purchase tickets, nobody answers the phone, I've selected all other questions, nobody answers the phone. I called, fell asleep waiting for service, woke up still on hold. This company is garbage.
