When you call customer service or any area of the business they donot tell you any information about cancellation or increse of payments, all they are advising you is the monthly membership of 0.99 pence with out any charges of cancellation. But suddenly your direct debit jump to 15.53 plus charge for credit card plus alot charges for anything the figure out.
