Info logged wrong still haven’t been resolved

Jackson Hewitt rep put our social security numbers in wrong I received a letter that 1 of my dependents came back as deceased, i tried contacting her she wouldn't respond so i had to go thru someone else to fix the socials and i haven't heard anything since. User's recommendation: Never USE Jackson Hewitt.
