Info about funds and my accounts I had with Frost Bank

I deposited a check a while back, and it was funded to my card by the time I called to clarify if the funds were added. The lady who answered the phone said that they had. Then I proceeded to ask, further on, about resetting my password to my mobile banking using the app patented to frost bank that I electronically deposited checks to my account when I only had one account. I wanted to be able to withdraw some cash, so I think I ended up having a new card sent to my BIA mailing address and with the mailed to my was the checks I deposited saying that they were non-honored, and I could still use them, but I couldn't, and they also explained how I could no longer bank with frosy card User's recommendation: Merchant services.
