They have offered a 3 jeans for 999 and I have viewed all the images upload on the website the jeans were seems good, once I got delivered jeans is like inferior to the core, no proper finishing, cloth is not that good, it was like they dipped into the color and packed it. Apart from this, the size was not correct that is why I have called them to return, usually every online retailers will take good & services responsibility unlike this company they didn't even picked my calls, messages, mails, on the day I got delivered I have kept calling them, no response, once I placed an order there has 7 business delivery days, after I got, I called customer no response, almost 18 e-mails every day only 2 responded after a day I mailed, 22 time calls only 3 responded, once they confirmed I have about the return of a good, I have done as they said. I was surprised they have asked me to go to indian post office and given me an address to post it, "spark international, opp holy hospital tosham road, hisar (125001) haryana. I have paid my money for that shipping, on my call in a day, they were clearly spoken they will be paying full amt including shipping charges, only then I have sent the same, speed post cost rs.230 which I have paid for their responsibility, and the shipping charges for the ordered item and the item charge (999+100+230) they were suppose to deposit into my account. But after a long request and tracking they just given the item amt and the shipping charges on the time of me placed an order (999+100=1099) today morning. (8th sept 2016-6th oct 2016) I have been tracking for my amt, but as they promised they haven't paid my speed post shipping amount, plus the box I arranged where the officer in the post office have informed me not use the cover which they sent, plus tape, plus parcel cost plus my time. I didn't asked all the things, I just asked them the amt which I have paid for their item. Now I need 230 to be credited into my account if they didn't do then why they have asked me to post it, instead their policies are so clear then they would have come to my home and get it, why they have tested my patience, I need someone to take action and do let my amt paid !!!
