Two of these rugs (cape cod cap350a) were ordered may 2015. Based on online photos, they looked perfect for our cottage and we trusted the Safavieh name for quality. Home is occupied by a retired couple and one small dog. We are are away quite a bit, so it is not used full time. The rugs have been maintained properly. One used under dining table. One used in adjacent living room, under coffee table. These rugs are shredding on the edges. Threads are torn throughout. Big pieces of the weaving strips have pulled out and are sticking up. In general, falling apart, looking too tattered and worn to have had so little time and use. They are an eyesore and an embarrassment. We are ready to replace them now after less than three years of light use. According to my research, area rugs are lasting longer than 10 years.
