Inferior product, fraudulent warranty

Initially I bought a new living room set from Raymour and Flanagan. I filed a complaint with your agency and upon return of the living room set and receiving a store credit, I purchased a more expensive living room set a more expensive warranty. Approximately one year later the leather on this second living room set is cracking and peeling. the first time the representative came by the warranty plan was contacted and said the living room set has been discontinued and cannot be replaced. the second time the represented came by, today, April 3, 2019 I was told he will report the problem a second time to Raymour and Flanagan. After speaking with the warranty representative I am left with the suspicion that nothing will be done since the living room set is a discontinue product. I was informed unless the set is physical broken or burned nothing may be done. the warranty representative has photos of the leather with cracks throughout the cushion and back rest of the love seat. respectfully, Marlene Panzarella
