Inexperienced technicians, shotty work.

the tech that came out was inexperienced, misdiagnosed the issue, charged me for freon without fixing the leak thus causing me to pay for extra freon that was not needed if they fixed the issue. It took 8 week to get resolved. i eventually had another company come out and they diagnosed and fixed the ac in ONE day.
