There was an unrecognized purchase on my account. They replaced my card with the same purchase and keep on charging late fees, while on many occasion when called, they refer me to the Relationship Department with no ones to answer even after a whole hour waiting for someone to hear your complaint User's recommendation: Stay away from Ring Barclaycard. No service whatsoever.
