I guess they don't really know what they are doing instead of sending a check list of what they want they have for several weeks asked for more information by email. They sit it goes for review each time this is all we need, then two days later well we need more. Frustrating is the best i have for there handing of a 30K home loan. Have decided to just pay off the entire amount. Exasperating Experience, absolute abomination of serviceing the loan. Worst experience in 30 years obtaining a loan. I know they will never be considered again of any financial service, it is like working with children.
