Ineffective rear brake

I own a 2015 Ducati Multistrada 1200 S motorcycle . The rear brake pedal is firm but rear brake is ineffective. I have Changed, flushed and bled the brake fluid replacing with Cartrol React . I have put on aftermarket pads HH type, I have inspected the rotor, the calipers pistons and brake lines all without effect. Do you have any suggestions for this Motorcycles problem?. Ducati USA has not been very helpful. jedetzel@***.com
