Ineffective GC

We bought our son a gift card for the villa for his birthday and when we went to use it they said the Gift Card system wasn't working and needed to replace it. We went again the following week like they said and still it wasn't running. We have gone 3 more times but every single time we go the gift card system still isn't working. We have tried on line but the gift card isn't accepted. I called but the hours of customer service are always different. We are out $120!!! This has been since April 2018 and nobody is able to answer any of our questions. We hope someone can tell us who to contact.
