Incredibly Slow Delivery

Placed an order on 4/12... 10 business days later, nothing. No update on my order. Called customer service and was told they had a malfunction at their distribution center. I said I needed my merchandise by mid-May (that gives them over 5 weeks) or I would call and cancel the order. Rep told me I couldn't cancel once it was in process. I told her I wasn't paying for late-arriving merchandise. At the very least, she could've offered a refund of the shipping charge on my order, but simply told me goodbye and hung up. User's recommendation: Poor customer service - merchandise is of poor quality.
