Both Elizabeth and another young man were incredibly rude to me (a customer there) on the phone. Would not listen to my comments after asking a question and hung up on me. Do not bank there. I will never bank at BMO Harris again!D User's recommendation: do not bank at this branch at 3101 broadway, chicago.
