Incredibly poor customer service via email

Update by user Oct 25, 2018 EntirelyPets.com never contacted me regarding this review or offered any further explanation/service. I now shop with Chewy.com for my online pet needs. Update by user Sep 26, 2018 waiting more than 3 months for backorder, asked for info, got short reply saying item is backordered, asked specific questions, got some answers, repeated unanswered questions, got attitude and no clarification, asked again and waited almost two weeks before getting major attitude in email repeating his previous reply which did not answer my question. Called customer service and canceled order, complained about the email replies, but didn't get any satisfaction regarding the service. Won't order from them again, as there are better options available. Original review posted by user Sep 25, 2018 have shopped with EntirelyPets.com for years and never have I received such poor customer service as I did from representative "Mike." Several times I emailed asking questions and received responses that failed to answer them. I had been waiting 3 months for a backordered product and wanted to know if I would be emailed when someone had an ETA. Apparently it was more important for Mike to cater to his attitude than answer my actual question, forcing me to wait days for his responses repeating the same information which still did not address my specific question. In the end, I canceled my order, reported a complaint about his "service," ordered from Chewy.com instead, and will no longer do business with EntirelyPets.com, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
