I received my Renewal for the above website and was not happy with the price. I contacted the company and my call was answered by a very polite gentleman who explained about the charges. I pointed out that I had been a customer of My Heritage for five years and that the increase was excessive. He put me through to a colleague who answered immediately (No hanging onto the phone or listening to music) who listened and came up with a solution which I am sure we were both happy with. I am a very satisfied customer. I found the matter was dealt with very professionally and businesslike. Thank you. User's recommendation: I have been very happy with this company.
