I ordered what I thought was a Swarovski charm online. My first issue was that it took over 3 weeks to send me my order. I ended up getting plastic butterfly cufflinks which I would have paid probably $5 for at a local store. They were definitely not the value of the price I paid for the charm. After many back and forth via email (over 25 emails and responses) I ended up forwarding the ongoing email correspondence and opening a fraud case with my bank to ultimately get my money back. Buyer beware. I did get my money back via the bank but want other consumers to understand to be careful. This was a huge disappointment especially since it was supposed to be a timely gift for my sister and I was never able to give her my intended gift.
