Incorrect procedure

When I went for chest X-ray I was told to get ready in X-ray room while he stepped out I thought you were given gown in a room and then go to X-ray I had on underwire bra I left message for manager and no response and I went in and was told she was on phone and it would be 20 minutes and when I ask for corporate number I got fax number and when you call any of their numbers you are given web site
