Incorrect items – not what ordered

I ordered a medium smoothie &;;;;;;;; it wasnt full. The cup was literally filled as if I ordered a small. When I called & requested to speak to the Manager, I was told that I was speaking to them. Tracy was clearly inexperienced, rude, couldnt be unapologetic & only offered to replace a small, not the medium that I paid for. I then asked for the GM & was told that was her as well. Thats very hard to believe. Shift lead, maybe. Store/GM, I highly doubt it. Id like a refund or the correct size to be made. I dont spend $9 on a smoothie to not get what I paid for.
