Incorrect item received No response to my correspondence
I am in Australia and recently while on a cruise with Sun Princess won a painting by Tarkay .On receipt of the post the item was a poster of Looney Tunes (incorrect item) I immediately contacted Customer care and informed them of the mistake I included photos which indicated that the shipping documents related to Tarkay not Looney tunes .I have received no reply and have sent a number of emails requesting that they confirm receipt of my correspondence. I have purchased paintings from PWG before and have found their service excellent this leads me to be both surprised and disappointed that I have had no reply regarding my complaint I look forward to PWG response Truly Kerry Walsh
