Incorrect informatiom

Booked hotel with pool on snaptravel ( checked hotel website and it advertised taking a dip in their pool and showed pool picture. Arrived at hotel and pool is closed. Not fair some hotel pools are open and others are closed...should be advised pool I'd closed on at least the hotels website! No refunds period. Snaptravel and hotel blamed each other and hotel conveniently had no manager on until the next day. Fire alarm testing start 9am also not notified ahead of time. Poor service from both parties I am fuming mad.I think I should be given a discount on fees paid of 138/ night I feel ripped off off User's recommendation: Advise on hotel website and snaptravel website pool is closed.
