Incorrect info then on hold for EVER

After about 10min, the confused agent could not find me in their system and told me to call the number on the back of my card. I did. The VERY FRIENDLY agent with Meritain Health told me to tell them "Tell them to search Meritain, NOT Aetna". So I called back. She was confused and rude and put me on hold. I'm still on hold as I type and it's been 53min. What the *** has she been doing for the last 50min? Honestly, I think she's taking a break. These guys SUCK. Unfortunately, there's no way I can not use them, given they are the providers for the majority of doctors in my area (Indianapolis). So I guess I'll sit here and pray she decides to get off her break soon.
