Incorrect descriptions used on website – ignoring complaints

Having stayed at one of their cottages, exceptionally poor quality, I logged a complaint to Choice Cottages and followed this up with several phone calls and further emails, all emails have been ignored, when calling they always deny that they know anything about the complaint or that the person meant to be dealing with it is not on site. I've never heard back from the original complaint. DO NOT EVERY BOOK A COTTAGE THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They offer zero after service, ignore any complaints and their web site is a total lie, the description is a least a couple of years out of date.
