Personal creations charged me a few months incorrectly for an item I had received and paid for. They corrected the mistake within a few days of their error. Unfortunately their charge brought my checking account negative which led me to receive a 37.00 overdraft charge. I tried calling the customer service number to receive restitution but was on hold for over two hours then disconnected. I wrote twice and have not received my money or an answer from company. Horrible!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t purchase from them.
