i paid bill and expect my services to be turned when paid by credit card. If you turn off for non payment it should be where if i pay you what i owe along with disconnection fee my services should be turned on. It was a hot day and my food is now no good. Poor service and Im not happy. Plus your online payment is horrible. It kept telling me oops sorry something went wrong like twice . Third time it took payment but with no confirmation. You need to work on your online payment tool its not even customer friendly nor does it work properly. As state online electronic checks take 2-5 business days to process. If i pay you by credit card funds are available immediately and my services should be turned on. I called and i was told give it a few hours. That never happened and the next day at 8 am was still off. That's when your office opens. Poor and disappointing service. Fix your poor customer service AND your online payment system. During Hot weather season this should be handled promptly, unless you don't care about your customers. You shut off for non payment, you should turn on when paid in full. Hope this never happens again.
